Includes two colour photographs, one of workers in an industrial kitchen and the other of office workers, on a purple and orange background. Also includes the text: 'Your pay, your breaks, holidays, allowances and so on are part of your employment contract. This contract is usually in writing. There are two types of employment contract: individual - just what you get, collective - the same as what other workers doing the same job or in the same workplace also get.' Bubble on the right of the poster includes information on what a 'union-negotiated contract can include'. There is a Yellow Pages logo in the bottom right of the poster with the text: 'Join Your Union, Look under UNIONS in your Yellow Pages'.
