Includes two colour photographs, one of health workers and the other of male trade workers on a tea break, on a purple and orange background. Also includes the text: 'Being a union member is part of the New Zealand way of life. Union members know that "sticking together" is the best way to get a fair deal at work.' Text bar on the right of the poster includes a list of laws which protect workers' rights, such as the Holidays Act and the Parental Leave Act. There is a Yellow Pages logo in the bottom right of the poster with the text: 'Join Your Union, Look under UNIONS in your Yellow Pages'.
