Printed in navy and turquoise, and including a grainy image at the top of a man speaking to a gathered crowd. Also includes the quote: "Workers and employers, without distinction whatsoever (...) may exercise freely the right to organize (and) shall respect the law of the land..." This, and the title statement, are taken from the 'Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention, 1948'. At the bottom of the poster in small print is a list of countries that have ratified the convention plus the International Labour Organization name and logo.
