Printed in purple and peach, and including a grainy image at the top of a male and a female worker working side by side. Also includes the quote: "Each Member shall, by means appropriate to the methods in operation for determining rates of remuneration, promote and, in so far as is consistent with such methods, ensure the application to all workers of the principle of equal remuneration for men and women workers for work of equal value." This is taken from the 'Equal Remuneration Convention, 1951', and at the bottom of the poster in small print is a list of countries that have ratified the convention plus the International Labour Organization name and logo.
